Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Lift up to 35 lbs occasionally
  • Comfortable working at a computer for long periods
  • Ability to hear, see, and respond to emergency situations
  • Comfortable using hotel computer and reservation systems

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License (required for Shuttle operation)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior hotel or Hilton experience preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of hotel Front Office or Guest Relations experience
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong organization, communication, and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in supervising and supporting Front Desk Agents
  • Help train staff on service standards, systems, safety, and emergency procedures
  • Perform check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and phone coverage as needed
  • Complete opening and closing shift duties and communicate follow-up needs
  • Respond to guest concerns and perform service recovery when appropriate
  • Monitor performance and report concerns or issues to management
  • Promote teamwork and communication across departments
  • Assist with concierge services, guest requests, and special assignments
  • Support Front Office Manager with system training and procedures
  • Overnight shifts may be required as business needs dictate
