Job Duties
- Sets the example in teamwork and provides outstanding service to all they interact with
- supervises and performs front desk and night audit duties
- train and empower front desk to successfully manage guest needs, special requests, and complaints
- ensures the front desk, market and lobby is maintained, stocked, and assist other departments as needed
- performs assigned administrative and financial duties such as daily reports, credit card reversals, bank deposits, rooming lists, and inventory
- maintain a balanced cash/billing drawer
- communicate with the previous and following shifts
- ensure compliance with energy conservation and job safety requirement
- knowledge of office software
- requires excellent communication skills
- must be able to work flexible shifts
