Job Duties

  • Sets the example in teamwork and provides outstanding service to all they interact with
  • supervises and performs front desk and night audit duties
  • train and empower front desk to successfully manage guest needs, special requests, and complaints
  • ensures the front desk, market and lobby is maintained, stocked, and assist other departments as needed
  • performs assigned administrative and financial duties such as daily reports, credit card reversals, bank deposits, rooming lists, and inventory
  • maintain a balanced cash/billing drawer
  • communicate with the previous and following shifts
  • ensure compliance with energy conservation and job safety requirement
  • knowledge of office software
  • requires excellent communication skills
  • must be able to work flexible shifts
