Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- At least two years of guest service experience
- Ability to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration and TAM card
- Minimum six months of Front Desk experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication skills in English both written and oral

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the Front Desk and Back Office
- Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes
- Foster a work environment promoting teamwork, integrity, and mutual respect
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Monitor Front Desk Clerks to ensure service standards and procedures are followed
- Manage daily room inventory and coordinate with other departments
- Assist front line staff with questions or problems
- Rectify guest complaints and issues
- Conduct monthly team meetings
- Assist with payroll functions
- Perform Front Desk related duties when necessary
- Engage and inspire guests and team members
