Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • At least two years of guest service experience
  • Ability to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration and TAM card
  • Minimum six months of Front Desk experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communication skills in English both written and oral

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the Front Desk and Back Office
  • Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes
  • Foster a work environment promoting teamwork, integrity, and mutual respect
  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
  • Monitor Front Desk Clerks to ensure service standards and procedures are followed
  • Manage daily room inventory and coordinate with other departments
  • Assist front line staff with questions or problems
  • Rectify guest complaints and issues
  • Conduct monthly team meetings
  • Assist with payroll functions
  • Perform Front Desk related duties when necessary
  • Engage and inspire guests and team members
