Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Four years of front desk related experience or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Organizes, directs, and monitors daily activities of front desk agents
  • Ensures efficient, friendly, and professional guest registration, check-out, and telephone service
  • Establishes procedures, prepares and coordinates schedules, and expedites workflow
  • Assists with hiring, training, motivating, and rewarding front desk agents
  • Reviews expected arrivals and verifies VIP and special requests, coordinating with other departments
  • Reviews daily room availability and communicates with relevant staff
  • Monitors daily departures and relays pertinent information
  • Completes all necessary reports and forms daily
  • Performs front desk agent duties as needed, including guest check-in/out and problem resolution
