Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of front desk experience in hotel or remote camp setting
  • proficiency with computer systems and microsoft office
  • experience with hotel management programs
  • bilingual in spanish and english
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to work various shifts including overnight
  • customer service orientation

  • proficient in microsoft office
  • experience with innfinity preferred or any hotel management software required
  • minimum 2 years experience working at front desk in hotel or remote camp environment
  • detail-oriented
  • professional, friendly and positive attitude
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • very proficient in spanish and english languages
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • skilled problem solver

Job Duties

  • coordinate with lodge manager to execute all front desk assignments
  • provide direct supervisory support to front desk team
  • become an expert in Innfinity property management system and train team members
  • process reservations and requests accurately
  • handle internal and external reservation bookings
  • respond promptly to phone and in-person guest inquiries with professionalism
  • develop and implement procedures to ensure high customer service standards
  • support and lead the team in both technical and interpersonal matters
  • meet tight deadlines for emails, telephone inquiries and guest requests
  • work rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and overnight
  • perform duties in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
