Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Some college education preferred
- Minimum of two years experience in hotel operations
- Experience in supervisory or managerial roles preferred
- Proficient accuracy in basic computer literacy required
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Must possess excellent organizational skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents
- Ability to write reports and memos
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and guests
- Must hold a Level 4 Gaming License
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, sitting, and using hands
- Ability to work in a moderate noise and smoky casino environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Some college education preferred
- Two years of hotel experience required
- Progressive supervisory or managerial experience preferred
- Proficient accuracy in basic computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret policy and procedure manuals
- Ability to write effective reports and memos
- Ability to communicate effectively in various group settings
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent
- Ability to apply common sense reasoning
Job Duties
- Maintain a working knowledge of the property and nearby events to advise guests
- Guide and support front desk and bell desk employees in performing duties
- Maintain thorough knowledge of departmental procedures and assist in hotel operations administration
- Handle all guest requests promptly and courteously
- Post charges to guest accounts and make adjustments as necessary
- Ensure maximum service level and guest satisfaction
- Supervise all front desk agents and bell staff activities
