Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk 100% of the shift
- Ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple guests
- Ability to remain calm when responding to dissatisfied guests
Job Qualifications

- Experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier roles preferred
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Ability to follow dress guidelines maintaining neat and professional appearance
- Ability to articulate clear greetings, requests, and farewells
- Ability to manage multiple guest interactions simultaneously
- Age 16 or older
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
- Act as ambassador by greeting guests positively and coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephone communications
- Keep supervisors informed of issues and suggest corrective actions
- Bid farewell to guests and invite them to return
- Prepare for shifts by stocking supplies such as menus, silverware, power cards, and gift cards
- Review cleanliness and organization of front desk and host station
- Manage guest flow including seating and wait times while communicating with guests, team members, and managers
- Make accurate bill transaction calculations and reconcile monies
- Assist with table bussing, cleaning, and turnover to improve efficiency
- Sell merchandise and process to-go orders
- Respond calmly to dissatisfied guests and notify management as needed
