Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three or more years of related experience or equivalent education
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in multitasking
- strong organizational and time management skills
- successful completion of background check
- availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- ability to sit and use repetitive hand motions for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet and assist clients in person and by phone
- manage client check-in process
- answer and screen inquiry calls from students, faculty, and other constituents
- schedule clinical appointments
- maintain online client files
- provide administrative support to clinical staff and the Director of Clinical Services
- perform other clerical tasks and duties as assigned
