Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three or more years of related experience or equivalent education
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency in multitasking
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • successful completion of background check
  • availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • ability to sit and use repetitive hand motions for extended periods
  • ability to interact professionally with diverse populations

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist clients in person and by phone
  • manage client check-in process
  • answer and screen inquiry calls from students, faculty, and other constituents
  • schedule clinical appointments
  • maintain online client files
  • provide administrative support to clinical staff and the Director of Clinical Services
  • perform other clerical tasks and duties as assigned
