Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of administrative receptionist customer service or security support experience preferred
- College degree preferred
- Interest in or familiarity with security or safety practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience writing building or maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) preferred
- Experience supporting scheduling coordination or events preferred
- Experience developing or maintaining written procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
Job Duties
- Welcome visitors check them in and notify employees of guest arrivals
- Provide general company and building information to employees and guests
- Maintain a professional organized and security-conscious front desk environment
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate departments
- Support visitor management and access procedures
- Assist the Security Department with administrative and coordination tasks
- Help support corporate events meetings and security-supported activities
- Assist in maintaining and updating procedures and operational documentation
- Maintain awareness of emergency and response procedures
- Help organize reference materials contact lists and administrative records
- Manage expense reports and Coupa account
- Support Visa and Passport guidance for employees
- Perform other clerical and front desk duties as needed
