Job Duties
- Drive memberships by clearly communicating benefits and customizing solutions for guests
- promote and recommend retail products enhancing guests' wellness
- provide friendly and professional front desk support including scheduling, payments, and inquiries
- assist with inventory management to ensure smooth operations
- collaborate with the team to maintain a high-quality experience and a safe therapeutic space
- handle customer concerns in a professional and supportive manner
