Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- basic math skills
- proficiency with computers
- ability to communicate effectively
- strong organizational skills
- ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet, check in, and assign rooms to guests in a friendly but efficient manner
- answer all guests' questions, confirm reservations, and redirect phone calls to appropriate department when necessary
- monitor and update records of room availability and guests' accounts
- review accounts and charges with guests during the checkout process
- compute bills, collect payments, and make changes for guests accurately
- record guest comments or complaints, referring guests to managers as necessary
- attend monthly department meetings and training sessions as necessary
