Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • previous experience in a legal support role preferred
  • proficient in data entry and office management software
  • bi-lingual (Spanish/English) required
  • strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
  • ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • manage front desk operations including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
  • perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • maintain organized office files and records
  • provide customer support by addressing client needs and directing them to the appropriate departments
  • assist with office management tasks including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • assist the staff with routine legal and clerical duties
  • provide support for paralegal staff
