Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to work morning, evening, night shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and retail math
  • Experience in food service or bartending preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying shift schedules

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or hospitality role
  • Completion of FOSSE training or equivalent customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with cash handling and basic administrative duties
  • Prior bartending or mixology experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset

Job Duties

  • Greet guests as they arrive at the hotel
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Answer guest questions and accommodate special requests
  • Assist with front desk administrative tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and preferences
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and taking orders
