Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Availability to work weekdays up to 25 hours
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- Basic computer skills
- Friendly and approachable personality

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary daytime point of contact for callers and visitors
- Greet all visitors and clients warmly, using their names when possible
- Answer telephone inquiries and refer calls appropriately
- Support the Counseling Program with various clerical tasks
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the Welcome Center
- Manage incoming mail and deliveries
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments
