Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Availability to work weekdays up to 25 hours
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
  • Basic computer skills
  • Friendly and approachable personality

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary daytime point of contact for callers and visitors
  • Greet all visitors and clients warmly, using their names when possible
  • Answer telephone inquiries and refer calls appropriately
  • Support the Counseling Program with various clerical tasks
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the Welcome Center
  • Manage incoming mail and deliveries
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments
