Job Duties
- serve as the receptionist for clients and visitors both in-person and via phone
- route incoming calls to team members and manage team calendars to prepare conference rooms for client meetings
- order and keep track of office and kitchen supplies
- provide administrative assistance to all team members as needed such as proofreading documents sending FedEx packages or opening IT tickets on their behalf
- prepare and manage expense reports
- ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices
- maintain a clean and professional office space
- manage the coordination and delivery of holiday gifts and cards to clients and record the details with the compliance department
- work in the office five days a week
