Job Requirements

- ability to stand for extended periods while performing duties
- willingness to rotate between front desk and call center
- reliable transportation for multiple office locations
Job Duties
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- register new patients and update existing patient information in the practice management system
- verify patient insurance information
- answer phone calls in a high-volume call center, triage, route calls to appropriate staff, schedule appointments, and take messages when necessary
- contact patients to remind them of upcoming appointments
- process patient payments accurately and provide receipts
- balance payments received at the end of each day
- manage incoming patient referrals and requests for medical records
- run daily and weekly reports
- maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- ensure patient confidentiality and privacy
- assist patients with inquiries, forms, and administrative support
- collaborate with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
