Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to lift 10-20 pounds
  • Flexible availability during designated work hours

Job Qualifications

  • High level of interpersonal skills including tact and diplomacy to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Detail orientated and the ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Passion for soccer and the community
  • Prior experience with a sports organization is preferred but not required
  • Must be able to lift 10-20 pounds
  • Excellent attendance and work ethic
  • Ability to work between the hours of 8:00am - 5:30 pm (approx. 20 hours/week)

Job Duties

  • Answer and screen all phone calls coming into the training facility's main phone line and problem solve as the situation warrants
  • Manage access of all visitors and guests to the training facility
  • Open and distribute mail
  • Maintain the pantry and related products
  • Perform other duties as directed
