Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands and priorities

Job Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and requests in a professional and efficient manner
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Outlook
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations
  • Knowledge of office equipment operations and basic troubleshooting

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors clients and employees with warm and friendly demeanor
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly professionally and accurately
  • Provide information and assist callers by answering inquiries or referring them to appropriate individuals
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage the incoming and outgoing mail including sorting distributing and preparing outgoing mail or packages
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and maintaining records
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and support company events including meeting preparations and catering arrangements
  • Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned
