Job Requirements

- one to two years experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- availability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic knowledge of MICROS system preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask under pressure

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests upon arrival

- collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
