Job Requirements

  • work authorization in the united states
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one to two years experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • availability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • basic knowledge of MICROS system preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask under pressure

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
  • handle reservations and room assignments accurately
  • multitask between phone calls, computer systems, and guest interactions
  • collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
