Job Duties

  • Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly
  • Maintaining knowledge of hotel services and amenities to assist guests
  • Operating the MICROS system or similar property management software
  • Coordinating with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs
  • Balancing multiple tasks while ensuring high-quality customer service
