Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience
- Experience in client relationship management and customer service
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Ability to respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and customer service-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Job Duties
- Maintain a professional, friendly attitude in all interactions with prospective clients and key stakeholders
- Manage and respond to all incoming inquiries for the project including phone calls, emails, online submissions
- Schedule all broker and buyer appointments with the sales team and sponsor
- Assist the sales team with CRM database functions, including data entry and lead distribution
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and visitor access
- Maintain the front desk area and sales gallery in a clean, organized, and professional condition
- Communicate effectively with management, butler staff, in-house team, and security
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest standards of hospitality
- Maintain a detailed list of incoming inquiries and disbursement of leads to the sales team
