Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to work part-time hours (10-20 hours per week)
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency
- Dependability and punctuality

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in person, over email, and via text
- Help families understand the program and class options
- Book and reschedule lessons while keeping a clean, accurate schedule
- Support instructors by keeping their class rosters organized and up to date
- Use problem-solving skills to help resolve customer questions or concerns
- Create a friendly, smooth experience for families every day
