Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- honest, dependable, and punctual
- positive, can-do attitude
- creative and detail-oriented
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand up to 3 hours at a time
- willingness to learn and improve through feedback
- proficiency with technology
Job Duties
- Greet customers in person, via email, and through texting
- schedule and reschedule swim lessons maintaining an organized calendar
- educate potential customers about the swim program and answer questions
- resolve customer concerns using problem-solving skills
- coordinate with swim instructors to keep their schedules efficient and organized
- maintain neat and accurate records of bookings
- assist with administrative tasks as needed
