Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years related experience or training preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain a tidy and organized workspace

- Experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role preferred but not required
- 0-2 years related experience or training preferred
- Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred
- Strong customer service skills required
- Strong organizational skills required
- High school diploma or equivalent education level
Job Duties
- Ensure high quality customer service while following all safety protocols
- Ensure smooth flow of customers through the store
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls according to protocol
- Process and understand managed care plans and obtain necessary documentation from insurance companies
- Provide customers with accurate and basic information
- Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes
- File patient records daily and prepare files for next day appointments
- Check order status and notify customers of order arrivals or delays
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area stocked with necessary materials
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Participate in scheduled mandatory communication meetings
