- ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- strong customer service skills and experience
- data entry and Excel skills

Job Duties
- Obtain telephone caller's name and direct to appropriate personnel and/or receive messages and deliver them timely and accurately
- direct visitors to destination and record name, time of call, nature of business, and person requested including screening visitors for clearance and issuing visitor's pass
- physically locate residents and personally deliver messages to units to ensure communication delivery
- provide excellent customer service through communication with residents, visitors, and families including follow-up calls
- perform data entry tasks
- secure package deliveries
- maintain facility security
