- competency in operating PBX/multi-line telephone system
- proficiency in general office computers and equipment
- ability to maintain organization and neatness
- demonstrate a calm, friendly, and professional manner in all situations
Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls and forward to appropriate personnel
- answer questions about organization and providing callers with appropriate information
- welcome on-site visitors and monitoring visitor access
- coordinate incoming and outgoing parcels
