Job Requirements
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screen
- Availability to work part-time on weekends, including Friday through Sunday or Saturday and Sunday 8AM - 6PM
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in a customer service role
- Basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet programs

Job Duties
- Take charge of the front desk
- Engage with guests, ensuring they are always treated in a cordial, respectful manner in a way that represents the brand image
- Responsible for answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls
