- Knowledge of electronic medical records (Epic) preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Greet patients
- Answer calls, take messages and re-direct calls as necessary
- Check patients in/out
- Enter all patient data quickly and efficiently
- Verify demographics and insurance during check-in
- Ensure all intake information is provided
- Collect co-pays/balances during the visit
- Schedule follow up appointments
- Chart preparation, scanning/indexing medical records and other duties as assigned
