- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience as a front desk agent in a large hotel or resort
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle cash and billing operations
- Drug-free workplace compliance

Job Duties
- Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times
- Maintain a high level of service and hospitality
- Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction in timely manner
- Post guest charges, collect payments and follow all billing procedures
- Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism
- Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs
- Communicate guest comments and concerns to various departments and management
- Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members
- Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
