Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a front desk agent in a large hotel or resort
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to handle cash and billing operations
  • Drug-free workplace compliance

Job Duties

  • Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times
  • Maintain a high level of service and hospitality
  • Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction in timely manner
  • Post guest charges, collect payments and follow all billing procedures
  • Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism
  • Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs
  • Communicate guest comments and concerns to various departments and management
  • Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members
  • Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
