Job Requirements
- Legal work authorization in the United States
- Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle guest requests and inquiries professionally
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with computer systems including Opera
- Passion for service and hospitality
Job Duties
- Responsible for the seamless registration and cashiering service for guests
- Ensure a complete and accurate folio
- Assist with reservations and Concierge on an as needed basis to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Handle various guest requests, inquiries, and issues with professionalism
- Follow up on guest concerns to ensure resolution
- Maintain knowledge of resort services and amenities to provide accurate information
- Collaborate with Front Desk Management to promote teamwork and operational efficiency
