- minimum of 5 years of front-desk or customer service office experience

Job Duties
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to appropriate associates
- distributing mail and managing correspondence flow
- requisitioning and managing office supplies
- performing clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating
- greeting patients, family members, visitors, and guests professionally and courteously
- maintaining visitor logs and ensuring visitors wear proper identification
- communicating effectively with the administrative team to ensure smooth operations
- respecting patient confidentiality and dignity
- assisting in ordering, receiving, and stocking office supplies
- attending mandatory facility in-services and staff development activities
- supporting facility-wide performance improvement goals
- performing other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions
