Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of relevant experience in office administration, customer service, records management, basic accounting, or business administration
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching
  • capacity to work under high pressure and stress
  • willingness to travel occasionally
  • ability to use personal computers and telephones extensively in an office setting

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of experience in office administration, customer service, records management, basic accounting, or business administration
  • excellent customer service and telephone skills
  • well organized with excellent communication skills
  • experience supporting multiple staff within an office environment
  • detail-oriented
  • experience processing sensitive information
  • proficient computer skills including Microsoft 365 Teams

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors with a positive and professional demeanor
  • direct incoming calls and route them appropriately
  • issue, check, and collect visitor badges to support workplace security
  • maintain accurate visitor logs
  • perform administrative tasks such as copying, filing, and sorting mail
  • take and deliver messages
  • assist visitors in navigating the office
