Job Requirements

  • Experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and office equipment
  • Ability to maintain tact, patience, and confidentiality
  • Flexibility to work a rotating weekend schedule

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome and direct residents, guests, and team members during the night shift
  • Answer phone calls courteously and provide accurate information
  • Monitor the lobby and community entrances to ensure safety and security
  • Assist residents with needs and provide support during nighttime hours
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor
  • Manage multiple tasks including phone, visitor, and resident needs simultaneously
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise tact and patience when interacting with residents, families, and team members
