Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- professional demeanor and appearance
- basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday during standard business hours
- experience in a corporate, call center, or high-volume office environment highly desired
- experience managing multi-line phone systems highly desired
- bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to support the local community highly desired
- experience supporting events, site coordination, or administrative planning activities highly desired
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, clients, and applicants entering the facility
- manage front desk operations, including visitor check-in, badge issuance, and sign-in protocols
- answer and manage the corporate phone line, routing calls and relaying messages to appropriate departments in a timely and accurate manner
- respond to general inquiries regarding site operations, hiring processes, and basic company information
- coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth visitor experiences, including client meetings and onsite interviews
- support site leadership with administrative and site planning activities, including event coordination and logistics
- maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby and reception area at all times
