Job Requirements
- Strong work ethic and ownership of your role

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Professional written and verbal communication with clients and providers
- Motivation to receive feedback and continually grow
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire
- Flexibility is required for Monday-Saturday, 8-hour shift between 7am-8pm
- Saturdays, 8am-4pm

Job Duties
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients
- Managing the front desk by helping clients prepare for their visits
- Scheduling client appointments
- Supporting mental health providers with administrative requests
- Client insurance benefits verification
