Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of 2 years experience in an eye clinic or medical clinic setting
- bilingual in Spanish and English
- energetic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- experience with cash handling and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- ability to commute to work within 20-30 minutes

Job Duties
- Create warm patient greetings
- manage check-ins, scheduling, and inquiries
- assist with frame selections and basic eyewear guidance
- handle calls, emails, payments, and paperwork
- support technicians, opticians, and providers throughout the day
- ensure compassionate care for every patient
