Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- reliable transportation
- ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- comfortable standing, kneeling, and spotting athletes during class
- able to commit to a consistent schedule
Job Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, and reliable
- great with kids and families
- strong communication and basic computer skills
- prior customer service or office experience preferred
- background in gymnastics, cheer, or dance is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet and assist families at the front desk
- answer phones, manage enrollments, and handle payments
- lead fun, engaging gymnastics classes
- spot and support students as they learn new skills
- help organize events like birthday parties and camps
