Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least three years of reception or customer service experience including supervisory duties
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to assist with facility event scheduling
  • Experience with escalation management

Job Duties

  • Supervise front desk staff and daily workflow
  • Oversee visitor management and customer inquiries
  • Coordinate reception scheduling and coverage
  • Assist with facility scheduling for events
  • Provide reception training and onboarding
  • Act as escalation point for customer concerns at reception
  • Support staffing augmentation and recruiting services
