Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • one year of front desk or receptionist experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable means of personal transportation
  • passion for working with children
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • ability to work cooperatively with others

Job Duties

  • answering phones, taking messages, transferring calls
  • managing the front desk and greeting visitors
  • multitasking and supporting daily clinic operations
  • working as a team to clean and maintain the clinic
  • communicating clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
  • supporting a positive and respectful environment for clients and staff
  • assisting with administrative tasks as needed
