Job Requirements
- Must have previous luxury hotel front desk experience preferred
- must have excellent customer service and guest contact skills
- must be outgoing and enjoy helping others
- candidates with a degree in hospitality or similar preferred
- must be able to quickly and positively establish rapport
- above average communication skills both written and oral required
- priority given to current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates, and those experienced in luxury hotel environment
- must be able to work in a high volume operation
- must be able to multitask and complete tasks by established deadlines
- must be willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Previous luxury hotel front desk experience preferred

Job Duties
- Check in guest efficiently and warmly using guest name whenever possible
- assign the correct type of room requested and ensure the proper room rate is charged
- arrange for luggage to be delivered to guest rooms
- issue correct room keys
- maximize revenue by upselling guest rooms based on availability
- check out guests at the end of their stay, ensuring guest satisfaction and accurate billing
- collect keys, post late charges, and settle bills through credit card or cash
- maintain balanced cash bank including making change, cashing checks, and exchanging foreign currency
- reconcile all financial transactions at shift close
- handle all guest interactions with high hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests
- resolve customer complaints promptly
- assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, personnel, events, and directions
- respond accurately and promptly to guest requests in person or by telephone
