  • One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred
  • Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment required to fulfill job duties
  • Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Good communication skills

  • Receive patients and visitors
  • Admit patients and process paperwork
  • Update patient demographic and information in system
  • Collect and document monies due in billing system
  • Handle funds according to office procedures
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information
