Job Duties
- Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff
- handle questions and concerns efficiently
- receive emergency calls and dispatch appropriate personnel
- page on-call physicians as needed calmly and accurately
- monitor all emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents
- track status of residents involved in situations such as hospital transport
- manage resident lists alphabetically and by apartment
- assist with maintaining accurate census and resident status information
- log all resident packages and notify residents for package pick-up
- ensure all mail is dispatched daily and distribute inter-office mail
