Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of dental clinic experience preferred
- 1 year of Dentrix experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Familiarity with electronic medical or dental record systems preferred
Job Duties
- Provide interpretation and translation services for Spanish- and English-speaking patients
- Greet and check in patients and visitors, issuing appropriate identification when required
- Maintain smooth patient flow in the waiting area
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for dental and other clinic services
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take accurate messages, and respond to inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage prior to appointments or walk-in visits
- Collect and post co-pays, patient charges, and other payments into the Practice Management System
