Job Requirements
- Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish
- 0-2 years related experience or training preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure high quality customer service while following all safety protocols
- Ensure a smooth flow of customers through the store
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in accordance with National Vision protocol
- Process and understand managed care plans while obtaining document information from insurance companies
- Provide customers basic and accurate information
- Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes
- File all patient records daily and pull patient files for the next day’s appointments
- Check order status and notify customers when orders are in or of any delays
- Keep reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Participate in regularly scheduled mandatory communication meetings
