Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- fluency in English and Spanish
- excellent communication skills
- basic knowledge of managed care plans and insurance processing
- ability to handle multiple phone lines
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to provide courteous customer service
- willingness to participate in team meetings and training sessions
Job Qualifications
- Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish
- experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role preferred but not required
- 0-2 years of related experience or training preferred
- experience handling multiple phone lines preferred
- strong customer service skills
- strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- manage and organize patient records accurately
- facilitate the smooth flow of customers through the store
- answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls following company protocol
- process and understand managed care plans and insurance information
- provide accurate and basic information to customers regarding services and orders
- schedule and confirm appointments, follow-ups, and classes
- file patient records daily and prepare files for upcoming appointments
- check order status and notify customers about order readiness or delays
- maintain a tidy and well-stocked reception area
- receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- maintain inventory of office supplies
- participate in mandatory communication meetings
