Job Requirements
- 15+ hours per week availability

- ability to stand/walk for the majority of scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications
- 21+ year old candidates preferred
- ability to lift 20 lbs
- must be able to walk, stand, squat, and bend
- customer service or serving experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Guest engagement providing attentive, fun, upbeat atmosphere catered to the unique experience
- prepare and serve a variety of beverages including elevated coffee options like lattes, espressos, frappes
- prepare limited alcohol selection such as signature cocktails, wine, mocktails for team members 21 years and older
- cash handling and balancing of drawers
- check in and check out guests for their services and products
- promptly assess guests needs and proactively provide solutions
- perform daily opening and closing duties
- assist with salon cleanliness including dusting, stocking, loading and unloading dishwasher
- maintain accordance with company standards, state health board and alcohol service requirements
