Job Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Manage multi-line phone system and handle incoming calls efficiently
- Direct clients and visitors to appropriate personnel or departments
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Support administrative and office tasks as needed
- Provide accurate information to clients and team members
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage office communications
