Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work at our San Francisco locations
  • Must be fluent in oral and written English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Previous experience in office or front desk administration preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work part-time
  • Ability to work in person and relocate to San Francisco preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration in a medical or aesthetic field preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Suite including Docs, Sheets, and Calendar
  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent calendar management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong typing skills with accuracy and efficiency
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluency in oral and written English

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and clerical tasks using QuickBooks and other software
  • Assist with customer inquiries, providing accurate information and prompt resolution of issues
  • Support office operations with additional tasks as assigned by management
