Job Requirements
- Must be able to work at our San Francisco locations
- Must be fluent in oral and written English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Previous experience in office or front desk administration preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work part-time
- Ability to work in person and relocate to San Francisco preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration in a medical or aesthetic field preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite including Docs, Sheets, and Calendar
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Excellent calendar management skills and attention to detail
- Strong typing skills with accuracy and efficiency
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluency in oral and written English
Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and clerical tasks using QuickBooks and other software
- Assist with customer inquiries, providing accurate information and prompt resolution of issues
- Support office operations with additional tasks as assigned by management
