Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including packages
- Welcome and assist guests and provide information as needed
- Answer and route phone calls
- Support meeting and training room setup and breakdown including occasional quick-turn requests
- Maintain and organize supplies and ensure shared spaces remain clean and orderly
- Provide event support such as food orders setup and cleanup
- Help coordinate facilities parking and general office needs
- Perform routine equipment checks and assist with troubleshooting
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports
- Participate in emergency response and building safety procedures
- Assist with ad hoc projects and contribute to process improvements
