Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work onsite in Hawthorne CA
- availability to work Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 5:30 6:00 PM
- strong organizational skills
- proficiency with Google Suite
- experience with MAC systems and collaboration tools
- multitasking ability across multiple locations
- availability for temporary maternity leave coverage
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree preferred
- strong organizational and communication skills
- proficiency with Google Suite including Docs Sheets and Drive
- comfortable using MAC systems
- proficient with collaboration tools such as Slack Trello and Zoom
- ability to multitask and manage responsibilities across multiple warehouse locations
- bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- positive adaptable and eager to learn especially interested in growing into HR
Job Duties
- provide administrative and coordination support operations
- assist with basic purchasing including occasional local pick-ups
- travel between the main shop and offsite warehouse locations as needed
- conduct bi-weekly check-ins with crew members
- maintain accurate records and updates using Google Sheets and Google Suite
- support overall team needs
- assist with special projects as assigned
